ABOUT THE COMPANY

MEDSCAN is a network of medical centers, specializing in expert radio- and laboratory diagnosis, treatment of cancers using radiation and drug therapy. The Medscan Cancer Centre has been created with support from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and Asian American Medical Group (AAMG).

The centers provide services in the following areas:

• Magnetic resonance imaging;
• Computer tomography;
• X-ray diagnostics and mammography;
• Ultrasound;
• Laboratory tests;
• Diagnostics of oncological diseases;
• Drug therapy;
• Radiation therapy using Varian TrueBeam;
• Consultation and follow-up monitoring by an oncologist;
• Telemedical consultations with health-providers of various specialization and “second opinion” service.

We make high-technology quality medical diagnostics available and accessible. The Medscan Network is an effective link between primary preventive care in ambulatory and outpatient settings and hospitals. We help a doctor make the correct diagnosis and provide efficient treatment. Our goal is to offer timely diagnosis and treatment of cancers. We don’t just assist in fighting the disease; we are committed to total victory over pathology. 

GOAL

Achieve efficiency of medical care through timely and quality medical diagnostics. Utilize state-of-the-art IT technologies for obtaining, storage and transfer of medical information in a confidential manner. Broaden diagnostic capacity of outpatient facilities and diagnostic centers through providing them with an access to high-technology programs for data post-processing and storage, as well as through usage of telemedical technologies.

• Modern expert-class diagnostic equipment manufactured in 2914-2015: MRI-scanners «Siemens Magnetom Aera» 1,5Т(48 channels), «Magnetom Essenza» 1,5T (16 channels), 128 slice CT-scanner «Siemens Somatom Perspective» and 64 slice CT-scan «Somatom Perspective»;
• The Medscan Network personnel is comprised exclusively of highly qualified radiology doctors with many years of experience of working in the best clinics of the RF;
