We’d like to remind you that according to Article 219 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation you can refund a part of the amount paid for the treatment in medical institutions carrying out medical activities included in the list of expensive types of treatment approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as for the purchased medications approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Social tax deductions are granted to the extent of expenses actually incurred, but not more than 120,000 roubles in total in a tax period.
